Fermented Lentil Crepe | Potatoes | Spices | Coconut
It’s a good thing we love our Masala Dosa because they take days to make. First, we soak lentils and rice for 12 hours then grind them into a batter to ferment for 14 hours. Once we make our tangy dosa, we fill them with a potato mixtures that is seasoned with spices, curry leaves, and fresh coconut. It goes perfectly with our savoury coconut chutney!

Pan-fry dosa on medium heat until golden brown, flipping mid-way. 10 Mins -OR-
Bake dosa on sheet at 350°F. Flip after 8 minutes and heat until golden brown.
Thaw chutney packet in microwave for 15 seconds. (1100 watt)
