We create kofta (meatballs) from chickpeas mixed with cauliflower and other vegetables, simmer them in our sauce made from fresh spices, and serve with spinach pilaf. The taste explains why it's been enjoyed for centuries!

KOFTA CURRY- Water, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Citric Acid), Onions, Squash, Spices, Olive Oil, Chickpea Flour, Canola Oil, Carrots, Salt, Garlic, Turmeric, Sugar, Cabbage, Green Peppers, Baking Soda, Paprika Oleoresin.
CHANNA MASALA- Onions, Water, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt, Citric Acid), Chickpeas, Olive Oil, Spices, Garlic, Salt, Canola Oil, Mango Powder, Turmeric.
SPINACH BASMATI PILAF- Water, Basmati Rice, Onions, Spinach, Carrots, Olive Oil, Spices, Garlic, Sugar, Turmeric.
puncture film 3 times
Microwave on high 3 mins
Peel back film and stir
Heat on high 1:30 mins; let stand 2 mins before enjoying
Preheat oven to 375°F
Place tray on cookie sheet on MIDDLE shelf - leaving film on
Heat for 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly
Gently stir before serving
