Antibiotic-Free Chicken Breast, Tomatoes (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Salt), Onions, Water, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Yogurt (Pasteurized Cultured Grade A Milk, Nonfat Dry Milk, Milk Protein, Active Yogurt, Probiotic Cultures), Cream, Nonfat Dry Milk, Spices, Garlic, Cashews, Lemon Juice (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Salt, Butter, Sugar, Potato Starch, Syrup Blend (Rice Syrup, Grape Juice), Tapioca Starch, Paprika Oleoresin, Ghee (Clarified Butter), Fenugreek Leaves, Cilantro, Turmeric, Vinegar, Mango Powder
Water, Basmati Rice, Ghee (Clarified Butter), Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Salt, Spices
Puncture film 3 times.
Microwave on high 3 mins.
Peel back film enough to stir gently. Re-cover with film.
Heat on high 1:30 mins. Let stand for 2 minutes, remove film & dig in!
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place tray on cookie sheet on MIDDLE shelf - leaving film on.
Heat for 20-25 minutes or until heated thoroughly to an internal temp of 165°F.
Gently stir before serving.
