Chili Paneer Samosas

Chili Peppers | Cheese | Spices | Flaky Crust

What's better, cheese or samosa? Trick question - it's both! Our family takes the best of both worlds by marinating homemade paneer (cheese) with chili peppers and freshly ground spices, then hand-folding them into a flaky pastry crust. The result is a hit! The only question is who gets the last one!
