COOKING DIRECTIONS
  1. Dice or cube 1lb of desired protein. Sauté in ghee or oil until mostly cooked.
  2. Pour 12oz of sauce and 1/4 cup water into pan. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add 3 cups of cooked rice and 2 tbsp of water. Cover for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve. Enjoy!
