Our family takes the best of both worlds by marinating homemade paneer (cheese) with chili peppers and freshly ground spices, then hand-folding them into a flaky pastry crust. The result is a hit! The only question is who gets the last one!

Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
Spread on baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12 minutes.
Microwave chutney pouch on high for 15 seconds, cut open & stir.
Defrost samosa in microwave oven (1100 watts) on high setting. ( 2 pieces - 1 min. 10 sec. Or 4 pieces - 1 min. 50 sec.).
Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
