Like our mom's Chickpea Masala, but bite sized! First we slow-clook our chickpeas 'til they're soft and plump, then we mix them with our own freshly-ground spices. After, we stuff them in a flaky pastry crust, top with our signature chutney and the result is addictive! Now, say protein-packed pockets 10 times fast.

DEEP FRY
OVEN
  1. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Spread on baking sheet.
  3. Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Microwave chutney pouch on high for 15 seconds, cut open & stir.
DEEP FRY
  1. Defrost samosa in microwave oven (1100 watts) on high setting. ( 2 pieces - 1 min. 10 sec. Or 4 pieces - 1 min. 50 sec.).
  2. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
