Big or small, we believe anything worth doing is worth doing right. That includes our Chicken Tikka Samosas. We make these little golden appetizers from scratch and inside their flaky pastry crust is our flavorful chicken tikka masala. They take us hours to prepare, but they’re usually cooked and gone within minutes!

Chicken Tikka Samosas
COOKING DIRECTIONS
OVEN
OVEN
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. emove from sleeve and place on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Turn over midway.
  4. Remove from oven. Let stand for 2 minutes.
DEEP FRY
  1. Defrost samosa in microwave oven (1100 watts) on high setting. ( 2 pieces - 1 min. 10 sec. Or 4 pieces - 1 min. 50 sec.).
  2. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
