In India, most people don’t eat meat, so “Veggie Lover Pizza” is just pizza. Our Eggplant Pizza is both vegetarian and delicious. It starts with our hand-stretched naan and layers of tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Then we top it with eggplant, bake it in a tandoor oven and try to resist the temptation of grabbing a slice before it cools!

Preheat oven to 425°
Remove Naan Pizza from film & carboard.
Place directly on center rack for 14 minutes.
Let sit for 2 minutes & dig in!
DEEP FRY
Defrost samosa in microwave oven (1100 watts) on high setting. ( 2 pieces - 1 min. 10 sec. Or 4 pieces - 1 min. 50 sec.).
Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
