Surprised we’re serving pizza? Don’t be! In India, many street carts offer pizza with an Indian twist. With that in mind, we bring you our Cilantro Pesto Pizza. It starts with our hand-stretched naan then we top it our pesto, two cheeses, tomatoes, mozzarella, onions, and a few simple spices. Finally, it all gets lovingly baked in our clay tandoor ovens. It's full of flavor, any way you slice it!

  1. Preheat oven to 425°
  2. Remove Naan Pizza from film & carboard.
  3. Place directly on center rack for 14 minutes.
  4. Let sit for 2 minutes & dig in!
DEEP FRY
  1. Defrost samosa in microwave oven (1100 watts) on high setting. ( 2 pieces - 1 min. 10 sec. Or 4 pieces - 1 min. 50 sec.).
  2. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
