There’s that special sense of pride when you make something with your own two hands. Like our jumbo Potato & Pea Samosas, which we handmake from scratch starting with a flaky pastry crust. Then we fill the crust with potatoes, peas and spices. Tamarind mint chutney is included, and we won't tell anyone if you lick your plate.

Microwave on high for 75 seconds
Spread on baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 16-18 minutes.
Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
DEEP FRY
Defrost samosa in microwave oven (1100 watts) on high setting. ( 2 pieces - 1 min. 10 sec. Or 4 pieces - 1 min. 50 sec.).
Heat vegetable oil to 350°F and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Microwave chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
AIRFRYER
Defrost in microwave oven (1100 watt) on High Setting. 6 Samosas Microwave for 60 sec.
Preheat airfryer to 350 °F
Spread samosas on airfryer tray and bake for 10 min.
Microwave chutney pouch on (1100 watt) High for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and serve with samosas.
